I thought I would write this email and tell you how much I have used your cookbooks. Quite a few years ago we met you when we were camping together in Branson Missouri and your son was playing at Country Tonite. Bev and I bought Blueberries and Polar Bears from you and since then I have bought your other ones and given all of them to my sons as well. But the interesting part is that I have been using them now in a special program for young Moms in our school to help learn how to cook and budget etc. They are really enjoying my books as they use easy to get ingredients and are good but easy recipes. Thanks for keeping the cookbooks going.

Thank you for keeping me on your mailing list! I look forward to this next
book. I have rave reviews with each recipe I try! The fish cakes
(Blueberries & Polar Bears) are my favorite- it is great with Lake Nipigon lake trout.

My spouse (who hates cauliflower) said it was the first time he’d had cauliflower that was worth eating” (Cauliflower au Gratin – Blueberries & Polar Bears) “I served it with Cranberry –glazed Chicken (Icebergs & Belugas) and Tomato & Cucumber Salad with Feta Cheese (Cranberries & Canada Geese). It was all
yummy!
I also wanted to tell you that your comprehensive index in Icebergs & Belugas is a god-send! Now I just use a highlighter on my favorites and then go right to the correct cookbook!
Voila!
